We want you to love what you ordered — truly. Every Snark Mouth item is made just for you using a print-on-demand process, which means we don’t keep inventory or stock on hand. As soon as your order is placed, it goes into production — customized, printed, and shipped directly to you.

Because of this personalized approach, here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and all the “what ifs”:

💬 Not Quite What You Expected?

If you ordered the wrong size, chose the wrong color, or just had a change of heart — we totally understand. We’ve all been there. But since your item was made to order, we’re unfortunately not able to accept returns or exchanges for these reasons.

We hope you’ll double-check sizing, colors, and product details before ordering — it really helps avoid post-checkout regrets.

If your item arrives damaged, has a clear printing or manufacturing issue, or if you received the wrong product altogether — we’ll fix it, no questions asked.

Our print partners start working on your item shortly after your order is placed, which means there’s only a small window to cancel. If you need to make a change, please reach out immediately and we’ll do our best to catch it before production begins.
